Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using BypassData (the “software”) or this website, you agree to these terms and to the linked Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
License to use
BypassData is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. You may install and run it on servers and devices you own or are authorised to use. You are responsible for the configuration, credentials, upstream proxies, and traffic of every instance you run.
Acceptable use
You agree to use BypassData only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of any network or service you connect to. You must not use it to gain unauthorised access to systems, to conceal unlawful activity, or to infringe the rights of others. You are solely responsible for how you configure and use the software.
Third-party components
BypassData bundles and manages mihomo (Clash.Meta), which is licensed under the GNU GPL-3.0. That component remains subject to its own license. BypassData connects only to the upstream proxies you configure; those services are governed by their own terms.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. See the Disclaimer for the full statement on liability and risk.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the project evolves. The current version is the one published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
